What is the "salon" in Outer Banks Wedding Salon?
The literal definition of a salon is a large room used for receiving and entertaining guests. That's what the Outer Banks Wedding Salon is all about. We want you to be our guests for an entire weekend of luxury wedding planning on the Outer Banks.

You'll have a chance to meet and get to know our vendors in a relaxed, sophisticated lounge and reception environment. Unlike the usual bridal show where you encounter row after row of vendors in booths who don't have the time to learn about you and your needs, we are creating an opulent setting where we can offer you the attention to detail and creativity to make your Outer Banks wedding spectacular.

How do I purchase tickets to Salon events?
You can purchase advance tickets online or by mail.

To reserve your tickets for payment and pick up the week of the Salon, please register with us. You can pick up your tickets or purchase additional tickets at our registration desk at the Hilton Garden Inn the week of the Salon during these hours:
Monday, November 24, 10 AM until 1 PM
Tuesday, November 25, 10 AM until 1 PM
Wednesday, November 26, 10 AM until 1 PM
Friday, November 28, 8 AM until 7 PM
Saturday, November 29, 8 AM until 5 PM

What is included in the admission price?
General admission tickets for Salon events are $50 per person and $75 per couple and include:
· Your choice of one chauffeured Outer Banks wedding venue tours on Friday.
· Admission to the Outer Banks Wedding Salon on Saturday.
· Admission to the Salon After Party at the Hilton Garden Inn pierhouse on Saturday night.
· Admission to the Sunday Dessert Brunch at the Hilton Garden Inn on Sunday.
· Special offers from select Outer Banks retailers and restaurants.
· Your luxury Swag Bag, filled with special offers and gifts from participating vendors.

Tickets for the Saturday morning Champagne Brunch sponsored by the Hilton Garden Inn are $25 per person and include a scrumptious feast in the Hilton's newly renovated pierhouse overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Are there accommodations available for the weekend?
Yes, both our host hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn, and sister property, The Ramada Plaza, are offering special rates for the weekend. We will offer complimentary transportation between the Ramada Plaza and the Hilton Garden Inn as well. CLICK HERE for lodging details and reservations.

How do I sign up for event venue tours?

Tours must be preschduled and space is limited, so please preregister with us. One event venue tour of your choice is included in your ticket price. Tours take place Friday, November 28 from 10 AM until 4 PM.

You and one other person in your party may sign up for one tour of your choice, which will include Roanoke Island, the Central Beaches (Nags Head to Kitty Hawk), Hatteras Island, and the Northern Beaches (Duck and Corolla). Our professional limousine company will provide complimentary transportation on the day of the tours, and a professional wedding coordinator will escort each tour group. And don't forget that we provide the champagne and box lunches!

Can I reserve a time to meet with Salon vendors one-on-one?
Of course! We want you to have quality time with our vendors to talk shop. That's why we have set up our Appointment Room at the Hilton Garden Inn on Saturday from 1-5 PM and and Sunday from 9 AM until 2 PM so you can have that time with the Salon vendors of your choice.

Here's how it works: For advance vendor appointments, please register with us and indicate which vendors you would like appointments with and which day and time you would like to meet with them. We will then connect you with those vendors, and help you set up your time.
